So, here are five keto vegetarian recipes other than paneer that you can definitely try on keto diet.

1.    Almond flour or coconut flour roti with green thai curry

We can eat rotis made with almond flour or coconut flour on keto diet. Almond flour or coconut flour can be purchased ready made or you can prepare it at home by grinding almonds or dry coconut  in mixer grinder. Almond flour or coconut flour roti are made by combining it with isabgol and rolling it out using any kind of thin plastic. You can have it with any low-calorie vegetable or with a vegetarian Thai curry. Basically coconut milk is used to make thai curry.

You can consume 1 almond flour or coconut flour roti at at a time.

2.    Low carb vegetables with glucamole

Glucomole, you can also call it avocado chutney in our desi language. Avocado can be included on keto diet, because it contains 70% fat. You can have it with any low calorie vegetable such as sliced capsicum, celery sticks, cucumber, sauteed green beans, sautéed broccoli or cauliflower.

You can definitely have it as a mid meal snack

3.    Onion and flaxseeds pakoda

We all like onion and gram flour pakoras, but we cannot use gram flour in keto diet. So instead of this we will use flaxseeds powder. You can easily prepare flaxseeds powder by grinding flaxseeds in your mixer grinder. All you have to do is chop the onion and add this flaxseeds powder in place of gram flour. You can add your favorite spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, ajwain, green chillies etc. to it. Then fry it in a healthy oil.

You can have flaxseeds pakoras with tomato coriander chutney or kachha aam pudian chutney.

4.    Cheese omelette

It’s totally eggless omelette and very quick dish. So you can have it any time whenever you feel hungry. For this you need 4 cheese slices and a non stick pan. Grease your pan with some oil. Place all the four cheese slices side by side. You can top it with vegetables of your choice like colourful capsicum or cabbage, onions etc.. and sprinkle some spices of your choice. You can use pizza masala also  and flip it now to cook other side. It will take 3-4 mins only to prepare this dish.

You can have it as early dinner recipe, if you don’t want to cook any time taking meal for yourself.

5.    Lauki ka halwa

Halwa on keto diet. Doesn't that sound impossible? However, if you're on a keto diet and craving something sweet, you can definately make lauki halwa. It will be prepared exactly like regular lauki halwa, with the exception that full cream milk, coconut milk or almond milk will be used in place of regular milk and erythritol powder will be used in place of sugar.
