Low back pain is one of the
main problem of modern society and when pain becomes chronic, life really
becomes difficult. We keep changing medicines, experiment with different therapies

It has been found that chronic pain can be reduced by pain avoiding inflammatory food items in your diet and increasing the intake of anti – inflammatory nutrients and antioxidants. Although diet may help in reducing pain, you won’t feel different in the short-term. You need to follow the diet for at least 8-12 weeks for effective result.
