Inspiring Transformation: How Mr. Avinas Lost 10 Kilos in Just 8 Weeks | Dietician Priyanka

Mr.Avinas  had to lose lose weight to be medically fit for his job. This was not an easy task as he had only 2 months to achieve the target.

He is physically very active, used to do suryanamaskaar and other yogasans for about 2 hours in a day. He believes that Suryanamaskaar is his lifeline. I agree because his all health parameters were very good and his haemoglobin is 15g/dl, which is too good.

But only challenge was that he gained few kilos and this made him medically unfit for his job. He was already following a diet to lose weight and this made him weak. He started becoming stressed and could not continue the diet further.

This made him to search for an expert who could help him and he called me. We quickly enrolled him in the plan as we had very few days left. But since he was feeling very weak I told him to eat proper meals for 2-3 days so that he could regain all his energy and start the plan.

Note- Following crash diet may drain all your energy and stamina which will reduce your metabolism. Slow metabolism makes it difficult to lose weight. So, always try to lose weight with the help of an expert or a dietician.

I must say that he followed the plan very religiously and was able to lose around 10Kilos in 8 weeks without losing his energy and stamina.

Some of the challenges faced by him:-

·       Limited time

·       Excessive weakness

·       No one was there to cook food for him

·       He had to manage his job and diet both

·       Occasional travelling

Despite all these challenges he could succeed to be medically fit for his job before our set time, yes, before set time.

At the end we can say that weight loss is not difficult for those who have strong will power and motivation. And don’t forget right guidance.
